Apostle To’outa and Palolo Aloali’i are the founders of His Grace Worship Centre which was formerly known as Victory Worship centre. However, due to the calling of God, they have moved to be the official Apostle for the Jesus Christ Worship Centre of Samoa, Apia.

In Samoa, they are continuing the works that had been started by the late Apostle Viliamu and Lavina Mafo’e. Although God has called our former Apostle home, Lavina Mafo’e is still continuing her duties in the house of the Lord in Samoa, Apia.

APOSTLE TO’OUTA AND PALOLO ALOALII

  • Where it all started...

His Grace Worship Centre, formerly known as Victory Worship Centre, was founded as a result of a powerful move of the Holy Spirit in Samoa in the early 1990s. Through the Ministry of Youth for Christ, tens of thousands of people gathered in front of the government building every Friday night to worship the Lord.

Many people came to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. God’s awesome power was evident daily through healing and deliverance from demonic oppression. This refreshing wave of the Holy Spirit in Samoa gives birth to a fellowship of believers fervently seeking the Lord under the leadership of Pastor Viliamu Mafo’e, who received a vision from the Lord to establish a new church in 1991. In God’s own timing, He established the church in 1997, which is called the Samoa Worship Center.

  • The birth of a vision

A small group in Melbourne, led by Pastor Atapana Ete, was also seeking the Lord's direction at the same time that Samoa experienced this significant revival. Atapana’s garage in Keysborough, southeast Melbourne, served as the location for their prayer gatherings and Bible studies. In order to accommodate its growth, the fellowship was moved to Oakwood Park School Hall.

The fire of the Holy Spirit in Samoa spread to Melbourne towards the end of the millennium. As a result, Atapana and his leadership decided to connect with the Samoa Worship Center in February 2000, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

  • Established our roots

In December 2000, the mother church approved offering pastoral care. After being appointed to lead the church in Melbourne, Pastor Toouta and his wife, Palolo Aloalii, relocated their family from Samoa to Melbourne.

The church continues to grow, and Oakwood School Hall was small, so the fellowship shifted to Dandenong, where an old factory was renovated for church services. In the same year, the Melbourne Samoa Worship Centre changed its name to Victory Worship Centre with the purpose of reaching out to all ethnic groups with the gospel.

  • Finding a place we call home...

In 2008 Victory Worship Centre moves out of the old factory due to the revitalisation of Dandenong. The church bought a property in Hampton Park and moves its office to Narre Warren. Currently the church is conducting Sunday services at Narre Warren P12 College Gym, awaiting an establishment of a place of worship. All through these times God has been so faithful, many continue to receive Jesus and be equipped with God’s Word to fulfil His calling in their lives.

  • Off springs

Three churches offshoots from Victory Worship Centre are now established: one in Deer Park led by Pastor Atapana Ete, another which commenced in the beginning of 2010 in Keysborough led by Pastor Taeao Noa and the third in 2014 at the Bay Side Area led by Pastor Toa Magele.

  • Our Home

Looking back, we praise God; looking ahead, we trust Him. We continue to serve the master humbly and faithfully alongside other Christian churches with one goal to extend His Kingdom. All glory and honour to Him, He started it and continues to fulfil His purpose, we are just more than amazed with His works.
